All begins in 1985, when the architect Bartolomeo Minauda buys the first boxer, he discovers so one of the breed of dog more noble and recognized in the world.

He discovers in a short time, the simple beginning pleasure to have a boxer, become sheer passion, he arrives so, in 1987, to have the first contacts with Dr. Bosi, holder of the placard of the Val di Senio and Alessandro Tanoni, holder of the placard of the Colle dell'Infinito, from whom he riceives the first theoretical lesson and the first broods: Quorry and Onda (Olimpio's sister) Del Colle dell'Infinito and Ruga of the Val di Senio.
